  • Where are you located?

    We are located at 403 Pearl Street in Burlington.

  • Is there parking on-site?

    There is street parking available, as well as several parking lots within a short distance of the salon.

  • Do you take walk-in appointments?

    At this time we are booking by appointment only. Please call or email the salon to book your appointment.

  • Do you send appointment reminders?

    Absolutely! Appointment reminders are sent via text or email approximately three days prior to your scheduled appointment. Please let us know if you prefer to receive a phone call instead.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule any existing appointments. As per our cancellation policy, last minute cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee (up to 100% of the service charge). If there are several last-minute cancellations/no shows on file, you may be required to pre-pay for your appointment prior to booking.

  • What should I do if I will be late to my appointment?

    Please call the salon if you will be late to your appointment. We will always do our best to accommodate, however it is possible that services may need to be altered or an appointment may need to be rescheduled depending on timing.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept cash, debit and credit (Visa/Mastercard). We do not accept AMEX at this time. Due to the current COVID-19 outbreak, we encourage contactless payment.

  • Do you have COVID-19 Safety Protocols in place at the salon?

    Yes! At AMP, we take your health and safety very seriously. As such, we have put certain measures into place to keep you safe. These include reduced capacity, temperature checks, screening at the door, frequent sanitation of all chairs and high touch surfaces. If you have any questions about our COVID-19 safety protocols we would be more than happy to review them with you. Please call or email the salon for more information.
